![]() The Leper, unfortunately, does not have any abilities at all to use when he is out of position (he is the only one like this). There is a list of these abilities in the next section. Abilities like Holy Lance that also move your character's positions are useful in general for creating shuffle-resilient teams. Holy Lance also has the added benefit of moving the Crusader forward by 1. Same idea it's good to have Holy Lance on your Crusaders, so that if they end up out of position, it won't be as much of an issue. ![]() Even though Blindfire is sub-optimal most of the time compared to her main attack, 'Sniper Shot', it'll come in handy in those situations. That's why you should give her the skill ' Blindfire'. The Arbalest greatly prefers to be in the back, in positions 3 or 4 if she is forcefully moved to the front, then she becomes useless and you would have to waste a turn moving her. ![]() This can largely be accomplished by equipping your heroes with abilities they wouldn't normally use, just in case. Part of constructing a good team involves making sure that your party can still function even when someone is out of position. When looking at the mark party, they still benefit from having and using marks, as when dominated they will (?) use those skills rather than some massive damage attack (hopefully). You may have had trouble in the past when your team is forced out of its regular position, like when your party is surprised. ![]() I imagine it's still something of a good idea to not use character's that guard, or at least to make sure that they don't have their guard equipped (no dodge guard for HM). My general assumption is that this is still a strong group for her, but I just wanted to check any some of the communities thinking. I've put together a straight up Mark Party that's all about accuracy and damage (standard formation). It's been a long time since I fought her, back when debuff resistance could make you effectively immune to the Call and the Arbalest gave that with her flare skill. So, I'm wondering what the current thinking is as far as goes the best (or some of the best) party combos for both killing the Siren and cleaning up the rest of her Cove dungeon after. ![]()
